Today is #EqualPayDay meaning it takes a woman 15 months to equal the pay a man makes for the same job in 12 months.

Hard to imagine in 2026. Pam is wearing red today for Equal Pay Day. Are you?

Here are 5 facts to know:
 • Equal Pay Day 2026 is March 26
 • Women working full-time, year-round earn about 81¢ for every $1 earned by men
 • When all workers are included, that drops to about 76¢
 • The gap has improved over time, but far too slowly
 • Over a career, the pay gap can cost women hundreds of thousands of dollars

Equal pay is not just a women’s issue. It’s a workplace issue, a family issue, and an economic issue.
