When Meeting Chairs and Leaders Don't Lead
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
This week's episode is a little different than others. I usually start by sharing my take on good leadership. I put the episode that was meant to be for this week on pause until next week to share a horrible meeting with you.
When leaders don't lead, when they don't set the tone and expectations what they get is an angry mess. Learn from others. Toward the end of the 10 minutes, I'll share what I would have done and what I do when I know there is going to be upset people in a meeting.
I'd love to hear what you think.
I also want to share that I am kicking off a Small Business Marketing Summit on Thursday, April 23rd. I'll be talking all about setting expectations when networking. There are 12 speakers over 4 hours. We are not selling, we are sharing our favorite tips. Want to learn more? Here is the link to register. https://www.mellermarketing.com/sbms2026
